At AMELBIA we are committed to provide an excellent shopping experience. If the unthinkable happens and you receive an incorrect order or damage product, please contact us at office@amelbia.com. To expedite the process please include pictures of the product in question.
We do not accept returns due to food safety reasons but we will make it right for you.
Please read the labels for allergen warning! We are doing our best to provide accurate ingredient listing. However we can only rely on the information provided by the manufacturer any we might not be informed of any changes.
We use USPS priority mail. We do our best to process your order in a timely manner. If you need the products faster, please send us an email. Once the package has been scanned by the shipping carrier, you will receive an email confirmation stating that your order has shipped which also includes tracking information.
We are not responsible for returned packages due to invalid addresses. Please double check the shipping address to avoid any missed shipments.
We do not have a physical store yet but if you live in the St. Louis, MO area, we can make arrangements for next day delivery. Please state in the comment section that you would like your order rushed and we will do our best to make it happened. If there are any additional fees, we will let you know at the time of processing.
Some products contain chocolate and they are subject to melt during warm weather . If your order contains chocolate, we will ship Monday through Wednesday, for delivery Wednesday through Friday. If you place an order Thurs-Sun, we will ship your order the following week. Orders placed after 12pm CT on Wednesday are not promised to arrive the same week.
